Ever skipped out on a workout because youโ€™re too time poor? Or, perhaps, you canโ€™t afford a gym membership?

Well, Michelle Bridges is here to quash all your excuses.

The fitness guru recently posted a free 20-minute workout to her Instagram. Itโ€™s the same work out she did with her partner โ€“ and fellow PT โ€“ the Commando yesterday morning.

As expected, the session wasnโ€™t for the light hearted.

For the record, AMRAP stands for โ€˜as many reps as possibleโ€™. If you ask us, thatโ€™s not so badโ€ฆ If we canโ€™t possibly do a lot of reps, then thatโ€™s okay, right?
