The fitness guru recently posted a free 20-minute workout to her Instagram. It’s the same work out she did with her partner – and fellow PT – the Commando yesterday morning.
As expected, the session wasn’t for the light hearted.
For the record, AMRAP stands for ‘as many reps as possible’. If you ask us, that’s not so bad… If we can’t possibly do a lot of reps, then that’s okay, right?
