Meghan Markle accompanied Queen Elizabeth to Cheshire overnight, the pair’s first royal outing without Prince Harry and members of the royal family.
Looking like a pair of best friends, the Duchess of Sussex and HRH laughed and joked together, proving Meghan’s already high in her grandmother-in-law’s books.
Wearing a Givenchy dress, the same designer who made her wedding gown, Meghan looked every bit a Duchess while meeting royal fans. But it was her comments about being married to Prince Harry that had everyone talking.
According to the Daily Mail‘s royal correspondent, Rebecca English, Markle was asked about being a newlywed and revealed that Harry is the “best husband ever.”
“I’m really enjoying it,” she said, calling her husband “wonderful”.
