Meghan Markle has been spotted sporting an anti-stress patch.

The Duchess of Sussex was running errands in Montecito when she was photographed with the blue-and-white circular device on her left wrist.

The stickered device, made by the brand NuCalm, is supposed to reduce stress hormones and improve sleep quality

The NuCalm patches, which are also known as โ€˜biosignal processing discsโ€™, provide โ€œresonance and frequenciesโ€ to provide stress relief โ€œwithout drugs,โ€ according to NuCalm.

With electromagnetic frequencies, the small patches active the parasympathetic nervous symptom and mimic โ€œbodyโ€™s normal transition to a peaceful, restorative nightโ€™s sleepโ€.

The patches, which are sold in sets of 20 or 100, cost $6 each.

Earlier this year, the duchess made moves to revive her now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig.

If the websiteโ€™s revival does go ahead then it will likely be playing in a space similar Gwyneth Paltrowโ€™s Goop, which famously covers alternative wellness tools and treatments. For this reason, weโ€™re wondering whether Meghan might even be testing out the wellness device for her own websiteโ€™s purposes.
