Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ditched their shoes this morning to walk along Bondi Beach and take part in a โFluro Fridayโ session, where people of all ages share their experiences of mental health issues.
For the occasion, the Duchess of Sussex wore a striped Martin Grant dress (the same Melbourne-born designer who made her trench coat) and espadrilles (shoes she wouldnโt be allowed to wear around Queen Elizabeth due to HRH disliking wedges).
Prince Harry also wore local fashion, opting for a Jac + Jac blue shirt and beige pants.

Despite a jam-packed schedule, Meghan revealed she has still been managing to find time for herself, waking up at 4:30am to do yoga.
โShe said she was up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldnโt sleep,โ Charlotte Connell, who spoke with the Duchess, said, per The Standard.
โItโs a bit of a double whammy for her, she said, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with.โ

Meghan has long practised yoga, thanks to her mother, Doria Ragland, who is a yoga instructor.
โYoga is my thing, and I work out with a trainer in Yorkville as well,โ she previously told Best Health.
โMy mum is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mummy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven. I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, โFlower, you will find your practice โ just give it time.โ In college, I started doing it more regularly.โ
โBeing active is my own moving meditation,โ she finished.

While on Bondi Beach, Meghan also stopped to chat to people who were practising yoga on the beach. There you have it: if you want something in common with the Duchess, practise those downward dogs.
