Madonna is back in Malawi to celebrate the first anniversary of the Mercy James Centre for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, which she founded and named after one of her adopted daughters.
The 59-year-old star was accompanied by all six of her children for the trip: 21-year-old Lourdes Leon (whose father is Madonna’s ex, actor Carlos Leon); 17-year-old Rocco Ritchie (Guy Ritchie’s son); and her four adopted children from Malawi: 12-year-old David Banda and Mercy James, and five-year-old twin sisters Esther and Stella.
As the Daily Mail reports, Madonna marked the occasion by posting a rare family photo to her Instagram feed:
