Do you remember the infamous Kylie-Off of 2014? When a then 17-year-old Kylie Jenner wanted to trademark her first name, only to be swiftly reminded by one Miss Minogue that she is not the only famous Kylie in Tinseltown?
For those of you who donโt remember, we shall quickly recap for you.
Back in the simpler age of 2014, it was the beauty mogulโs hope to trademark her first name for her clothing and cosmetic business until the other Kylie caught wind of this plan and swiftly intervened, which ultimately left Jennerโs application rejected.
Appearing on The Project, the Love At First Sight singer spoke candidly about the trademark battle and the sassy tweets that ensued, but revealed she felt bad that her legal team had called Jenner, โa secondary reality TV personalityโ.
โI was so upset when I heard that. I said, โWho said what?โโ Kylie (Minogue) then added, โWhat I heard back was, โThatโs lawyer speakโ.โ
The legendary Aussie icon continued, โI didnโt want there to be any trouble about it, but we did have to handle it so everything was taken care of very nicely I have to say.โ
Well, itโs nice to hear that the war between the two Kylieโs had such a diplomatic ending.
