Rumour has it that the Suits actress regularly catches up with her soon-to-be sister-in-law for a spot of tea. But English breakfast isn’t the only thing on the menu. According to Us Weekly, Kate Middleton loves to pick Meghan’s brain about her favourite topic.
“[Meghan] shares tips she’s read about healthy eating,” a source told the publication.
The actress is a health fanatic, yoga devotee and previously ran her own lifestyle blog The Tig, so we’d consider her pretty clued-up on the matter.
And considering Kate has been battling with Hyperemesis Gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness that sees her struggle to keep food down, it makes sense that she’d look to Meghan for tips.
In exchange, it’s believed Kate has been helpful in calming Meghan’s nerves before she walks down the aisle to Prince Harry on May 19.
“Meghan may appear confident when on royal walkabouts, but she does have some pre-wedding butterflies – not about Harry, but about her new life,” an insider told The Daily Express.
