Aussie model, television personality and former Miss Universe beauty queen Jennifer Hawkins has sold her glamorous North Curl Curl beach house for a reported $5 million.
The house was listed with a price guide of $4.8 million to $5 million but no details of the final result have been released.
Designed by Koichi Takada, an award-winning Japanese-Australian architect, the seaside property features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a heated infinity pool, a walk-in wardrobe and a home theatre.
The Australia’s Next Top Model host and husband Jake Wall, who married in a small Balinese wedding ceremony in 2013, plan to relocate to a waterfront home in Newport Beach.
Hawkins told News Corp that the pair wouldn’t be moving far as “We both enjoy being by the water. It brings a certain calmness”.
The glamorous pad has served as the A-list couples secluded Sydney home for just two years, after the then newly-weds purchased the headland for over $1 million, before enlisting Koichi Takada to personally design the luxurious space.
The jawdropping three-story property, with panoramic ocean views, is one of six properties belonging to the top model, and is now currently up for sale with Belle Property.
