Wellness enthusiasts rejoice because Gwyneth Paltrow has put her guesthouse up for rent on Airbnb. Yes, this means your Airbnb host could be Paltrow herself.
The Californian guesthouse is a one bedroom and one bathroom property located in the town of Montecito. Paltrow describes the property as her “sanctuary for respite and mental clarity,” and as a space she goes to “recharge, to daydream about what we’re building at goop and to reconnect with my family and treasured friends.”
The home is only available for a one night stay for two people on the night of Saturday, September 9. This means that anyone keen on getting a night in Paltrow’s retreat will have to be quick to secure their booking, which happens to only open on Wednesday, 16 August, 3 A.M AEST.
So, what can the lucky winners expect from their stay? First, a greeting from Paltrow herself, who will also “ensure you have all the necessities for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay,” before your immersion into the “ultimate goop retreat.”
Inside, guests will enjoy a sumptuous living and kitchen area, along with a bright and comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a deep tub. Outside, there’s also a sparkling swimming pool, basketball court and outdoor dining area with a rustic pizza oven.
But guests won’t just have the property to make use of, the stay comes with a few exciting inclusions to give guests the complete wellness experience. This includes a guided transcendental meditation session, a relaxing spa day with Paltrow’s favourite goop essentials, nourishing goop Kitchen-inspired meals and a gift pack of goop products to take home after your stay.
At this stage, we don’t know how much the stay will cost and we’re guessing that prices will only be released when the bookings officially open.
