Six years since the teen drama juggernaut that was Gossip Girl wrapped, Penn Badgley (aka Dan) has weighed in on a potential reunion, and the outlook is … mixed.
“I don’t think that could happen for maybe another 10 years because if you look at the shows that are being rebooted, they’re much older,” he commented. “I don’t think any of us are interested in that, the creators or the cast.”

While Blake Lively has previously revealed she’d be open to a reboot, and creator Josh Schwartz has said that today’s Instagram age would open up a new world of plotline possibility, it looks like we’ll be checking back in 2028.
