Farmer Wants A Wife’s 2024 season has been nothing short of scandalous, with it’s dramatic arguments and accusations about fake farmers even giving MAFS a run for its money.
One of the biggest talking points of this year’s season has been Farmer Dean and Teegan’s shock early exit from the show.
After developing a deep connection in just six weeks, Dean decided to send all of the other girls home apart from Teegan.
To tell Teegan how he felt, Dean set up a surprise date in the barn.
“Teegan, as soon as we locked eyes I was like ‘woah, holy – she’s a stunner’ and I was so excited to meet you,” he told her.
“There’s been a massive connection between us ever since day dot really. Along the journey we’ve seem to grow, and grow our connection, obviously that’s what I came here to do.
“It’s the right time. Teegan, I have fallen in love with you. I want this journey in between me and you to start.”
Teegan was quick to share her similar feelings with Dean, telling him, “I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t dreamt about our future on the farm together and bringing kids up. From the moment I stepped on the farm, it truly just felt like home… I’m definitely falling in love with you.”

Are Dean and Teegan Still Together?
We won’t have any real confirmation about the status of Dean and Teegan’s relationship until the show has officially ended.
However, there are some reports that indicate things didn’t go as the couple planned.
“Once production on Dean’s farm ended, everyone left, and Teegan stayed on the farm for a few more weeks,” a source told So Dramatic!
“They did long distance for a bit, and she moved up to Kandanga shortly after that to give things a proper shot.”
While that doesn’t sound like the couple made it work, another source shared that there’s still hope for the pair.
“Dean and Teegan are still very much together. They’re tackling a long-distance relationship at the moment,” they explained.
“Not long after the Reunion, they reconnected and started doing long-distance again and are still taking things slow.”
We’re certainly going to be watching that reunion episode.
