Australians, it’s time to get excited because Miss Taylor Alison Swift is imminently coming to Australia for her Eras Tour. If you were lucky enough to get tickets then you’re probably wondering: what are the set times and what can I bring into the stadium?
Well, Frontier Touring have just released all those details for the Melbourne shows (and we can only assume they will be the same for Sydney).
Here’s everything you need to know.
Taylor Swift Eras Tour Set Times In Australia
For all of the Eras Tour shows in Australia, gates of the stadiums will open at 4:30pm. This will allow hard core fans to get in early for merch, however, as there’s no mosh pit and fans are all allocated seating, there is no need to get there too early.
The show will start at 6:20pm with the opening act, which in Australia is Sabrina Carpenter.
It’s expected that Swift will take the stage sometime between 7:30pm and 8:00pm although this wasn’t spelt out in Frontier’s announcement.
So:
- Gates Open: 4:30pm
- Show Starts: 6:20pm
- Taylor Swift on stage: not confirmed but assumed to be around 7:30pm
Will Taylor Swift Still Play If It’s Raining?
Taylor Swift’s show will go on rain or shine. ‘Rain shows’ were quite common in the United States and South America, although they are postponed for extreme weather.
