We’re finally getting down to business on Matt Agnew’ season of The Bachelor with the final five women showing off their hometowns on last night’s episode. After fan favourite Elly was evicted on Wednesday’s episode, no one really knew what drama this instalment would bring, but we certainly weren’t prepared for The Bachelor to be dumped, not once, but twice in the same night.
That’s right, Helena, who has thus far been relatively normal in the grand scheme of things, lost it after Matt forgot that she spoke French when she first met him six weeks ago (the same night he met a further 22 contestants in the space of two hours, might we add). Helena then dumps Matt, before he asks for her back and she forgives him. She then dumps him again, before later reappearing at the rose ceremony where she is given a rose and ultimately, Emma is sent packing.
Below, see the best Twitter reactions from the night.
Helena I don't remember what I asked my tutor at uni yesterday let alone what someone said to me 6 weeks ago please don't read into it #BachelorAu
