Apparently There’s Another Reason Why Roxi Left ‘The Bachelor’ And It’s Juicier Than You Think

And it runs deeper than her feud with Juliette

It’s safe to say that Roxi Kenny’s dramatic exit from The Bachelor Australia mansion left us floored, but apparently there’s another side to the story.

In last night’s episode, the ladies re-entered the mansion and walked straight into yet another cocktail party. But in typical Bachelor fashion, it was packed with drama particularly between Roxi and Juliette.

But while the antics of their red-carpet rendezvous are no longer surprising, what did floor us was Roxi’s decision to leave the show—with her suitcase in hand, no doubt.

According to The Wash, an insider source has come forward to reveal the real reason why Roxi left and it’s even more intense than we thought.

The girls all went into a hotel before then filming their arrivals back at the house. Roxi was asked [by a producer] to start a bit of a fight with Juliette beforehand, and it was implied in a ‘wink wink’ kind of way that if she did, Locky would then ask Juliette to leave at the cocktail party. But he never did,” revealed the insider, who was allegedly in the house when it happened.

“Roxi then went and spoke with her producer, and got upset because she felt she was being used as a puppet to start fights. She then went into her bedroom upset and they allowed Juliette to walk in after her, all off-camera.”

To summarise, this means that apparently Roxi wasn’t only upset with Juliette, but she actually was fed up with being a “puppet” for the producers of the show, with last night’s debacle being all she could handle.

“Juliette said something like ‘we all know you sleep with everyone’ and walked out. Roxi was furious, ran out of the room after her and [producers] already had all of the cameras there ready to chase her. She realised she was being set up and used to fuel drama,” the source continued.

“So she quit right there and then because she felt like they were all treating her like s**t and making all these bad things happen to get a reaction.”

And if this is the case, we can’t say we blame her for leaving.

The Bachelor Australia airs Wednesday and Thursdays at 7:30pm on Network 10.
