The Bachelor Australia has only aired two episodes, but contestant Emma Roche has already been branded as this seasons “stage five clinger”. The 32-year-old brand manager has hit back at Network 10, claiming the show used “terrible editing” to make her look needier than she actually is.
Emma made it no secret how interested she was in Bachelor Matt Agnew, gushing “God, he’s beautiful” within minutes of meeting him. “I hate to be sharing, but I feel so lucky to be here and to be in with a chance to find the love of my life. I can’t even believe I’m saying that,” Emma added after first locking eyes with the Bachelor.
Safe to say, viewers were quick to notice.
The Bachelor contestant took to social media to share her perspective on her portrayal, sharing some of her stunning promo photos to her Instagram story.
“Terrible editing! Love, Love, love” she wrote on the first image, where the fashion label manager was pictured beaming in a dark green gown.
“DO NOT believe everything you see ‘reality,'” Emma added on a second photo.
Only time will tell how this plays out.
