The 2025 season of Married At First Sight Australia is only a short few weeks away (we’re guessing) from arriving on our screens but that hasn’t stopped the cast member leaks. Thank you, internet sleuths.
The 12th season’s cast, which is rumoured to be its craziest yet, is different from the previous seasons because the age limit is 50. While we’re a little disappointed we won’t have older representation on the screen, we’re still excited about who this season’s cast will be.
For those already tapped into the drama to come, there’s two exes paired together and even a literal wedding day fire, then of course there’s the slew of influencers making up the cast, including a DJ and a former Bachelor contestant.

Sierah Swepstone
If you recognise the first leaked MAFS Australia cast member, Sierah Swepstone, then that’s because she’s been on reality TV before.
The Daily Mail reported that Sierah, who appeared on the 2021 season of The Bachelor Australia, will be joining the 2025 cast of Married At First Sight.
“She is a nutter but amazing for television because she just doesn’t care,” an insider told The Daily Mail.
Rhi Disljenkovic
The Daily Mail has also reported that fitness influencer, Rhi Disljenkovic will be joining the 2025 cast.
Rhi currently works as an IT account manager at Seisma Group but also runs a successful fitness Instagram page with her friend Shayna.
Through her Instagram, it seems like Rhi already has connections with reality TV contestants, with former MAFS contestant Eden Harper, and The Bachelor stars Matt Agnew and Sam Wood following her.
Morena Farina
According to Chattr , Melbourne-based wedding MC and DJ Morena Farina will be joining the 2025 cast of MAFS.
Farina, a mother-of-two, is in her mid-40s and is reported to be the oldest bride on the upcoming season.
Chattr even tapped her as being the next Lucinda Light.
We’ll keep you posted as more cast members are revealed.
Lauren Hall
If speculation is correct, MayFair Lane Gifts CEO Lauren Hall is in for a rocky road while on MAFS.
Per the Daily Mail, Lauren’s husband abruptly leaves the show during their honeymoon. However love isn’t lost for Lauren who allegedly returns as an intruder with Eliot later in the show.
Carina Mirabile
According to her Now Talent portfolio, Carina is a budding actress with a CV that shows off her passion for Broadcast TV, film and fashion.
It reads: “She hopes to combine her sense of style and passion for pop-culture wither future on-screen TV Presenting and Acting career.”
Katie Johnson
If first impressions are true, Katie has a heart of gold, running social enterprise EATS HQ, which is an acronym for Empowering All Through Support. The restaurant’s goal is help “self-sustainable livelihoods for people and their communities”.
Jamie Marinos
There’s not a whole lot we know yet about rumoured MAFS bride, Jamie, other than her profession as an accounts manager at a digital marketing company.
According to the Daily Mail, one friend describes her as a “firecracker” and “the best chick out… Jamie protects those who she loves.”
Ashleigh Ackerman
Ashleigh is the artistic director and owner of a dance school on the Gold Coast. Per the Daily Mail, friends call her a ‘really lovely girl’ who is recently single following a messy split with an ex.
Awhina Rutene
Like many of our 2025 MAFS contestants, there’s not much yet known about Awhina. She is reportedly a mum, with sources revealing she “loves to cook and host her own dinner parties” and has wanted to join the experiment for some time.
Jacqueline Burfoot
A powerhouse woman, described as “hardworking, dedicated, and intelligent”, it’s not hard to see why friends of Jacqueline sing her praises. The New Zealand lawyer-turned-entrepeneur has an LLB(Hons)/BCom (Finance) and worked in investment and litigation.
Dave Thomas
Yahoo Lifestyle revealed ‘TikTok tradie’ Dave Thomas as one of this year’s MAFS contestants.
Based in Victoria, the groom runs his own caulking business while also growing a following of around 30,000 people om TikTok, where he documents his renovations.
Thomas and his blonde bride were spotted filming their wedding ceremony ahead of the season.
Paul Antoine
The Daily Mail revealed our next groom is Perth-based fitness coach Paul Antoine.
The 30-year-old is originally from France and also briefly starred on Channel 10’s The Real Love Boat in 2022.
Billy Belcher
Given MAFS Australian’s success overseas, particularly in the UK, it should come as no surprise this year’s cast includes a Brit. Enter, 31-year-old Billy.
According to reports, Billy enters the show during the bucks party evening and makes quite the impression.
Adrian Araouzou
MAFS groom, Adrian, is a 36-year-old owner and founder of sport leisure brand, PAKDsport.
The sydney-based business owner has already made headlines when previous allegations of domestic violence surfaced. Araouzou faced NSW court in November 2021 for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, domestic violence common assault and resisting police charges. He was found not guilty and charges were dismissed. Araouzou has denied all allegations.
Jeff Gobbels
There’s always one budding actor among the bunch and this year that accolade goes to Jeff. The 2025 MAFS groom has appeared briefly in iconic soap, Neighbours, mini series The Warriors and 2018 film Undertow.
Eliot Donovan
Eliot is rumoured to be one of this season’s intruders. While little is known about him, SoSydney reports he’s a Brisbane boy who previously served in the Navy. According to his now private social media accounts, he runs in social circles with reality TV stars like Beauty and The Geek‘s Troy Thompson and Next Top Model‘s Simone Holtznagel.
Jake Luik
If social media profiles and professions are all we have to go by (and they are) Jake appears to be a very normal, down-to-earth guy. A high scool teached from Western Australia, he has just 31 posts and 600 followers online, which screams normal to us. We wonder what his year 9 class will think of his reality TV debut.
Tony Mojanovski
Tony is a 53-year-old council worker from Wollongong who’s found himself unlucky in love. Speaking to the Daily Mail, friends and family describe him as “a fun, genuine guy” and a “humble guy”. How sweet.
Teejay Halkias
If you recognise handsome business development manager, Teejay, it’s thanks to another populare reality show: Big Brother Australia. According to his portfolio on The Right Fit, he’s a model, actor and creator with over 28K followers.
