Farmer Wants A Wife has returned to Australian screens in 2025 with a slew of new contestants looking for love in the country. While the farmers putting their hearts on the table received an early introduction, the identities of the ladies vying for their affections only came to light a week before the show went to air.
Channel 7 unveiled its cast of FWAW contestants, with each of the four farmer to start the series with eight women each.
If you’re new to the show, it’s kind of like The Bachelor-meets-rural life. Contestants still ‘compete’ for love—participating in challenges and going on dates—but there’s the added element of discovering if they’re compatible with their chosen farmer’s lifestyle. In other words, can they handle the realities of living on a farm?
Without further ado, meet the contestants you’ll be watching on this season of Farmer Wants A Wife Australia. (Want to learn more about the farmers? We covered that over here.) Skip to find your favourite farmer’s contestants, here:
Farmer Thomas’ Contestants

There are two ‘Toms’ this season, and this one is going by ‘Thomas’. He’s 35, and farms wheat, barley and lentils in Kimba, South Australia. He’s honest, hard working, loyal and definitely ready to find a wife.
Ashleen, 35

Ashleen loves to make people laugh with her outgoing personality. She’s an Event Manager from Western Australia and loves the beach. Will this prove difficult for a life in Kimba, which is at least an hour and a half from the coast
Claire, 31

Another contestants from Western Australia, Claire is a FIFO worker on the mines, so she’s used to a bit of geographic isolation in her work. She’s “sick of dating city boys” and isn’t willing to settle. She thinks Thomas seems genuine and that they share similar values.
Clarette, 35

A teacher from New South Wales, Clarette is bubbly and optimistic, and shares Farmer Thomas’ love of the beach and sports.
Edwina, 29

Chelsea, 26

Ellie, 26

Children are high on the priority list for Ellie, a 26-year-old early childhood educator from Queensland. She thinks she and Corey have the same values.
Jadee-Lee, 26

Like Ellie, Jadee-Lee works with kids She puts family first and says her family are “my world”. Hopefully Biolela isn’t far from her other loved ones…
Jamie, 23

Hunter, 23

Hunter, an administrative officer from Queensland, is in a rush to couple up, confessing she wants a partner “ASAP”. Bold and confident, she’s bound to bring her own to the country life. She picked Farmer Corey due to his profile describing his as “emotionally intelligent” which, according to Hunter, is the “sexiest thing a man can be!”
Keeley, 22

Keeley is friendly and warm, with a curious nature. She has plenty of hobbies to keep her occupied amid farm life, including swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Let’s hope Farmer Corey has a creek!
Millie, 22

If Corey needs someone to bring out his chatty side, he can look to Millie, a self-described “professional yapper”. Her actual profession is as an aged care support worker.
Rosie, 22

A dental assistant from Tasmania, Rosie has travelled a long way to test out life in Biolea, QLD. She’s hardworking and motivated, and can reportedly cook a good silverside steak.

Tom is from the Riverina region of NSW, where he farms sheep. Already the father of a son, he’s looking for someone to build a family with. Will he find love with the following ladies?
Eliza, 28

Eliza isn’t afraid of the unknown, and would be keen to move her life from Victoria to NSW for the right man. She’s a primary school teacher and thinks family is the most important thing.
Bridget, 34

A lawyer and animal-lover, Bridget might be bringing her six-year-old rescue greyhound and love of her life to the country, if she hits it off with Tom.
Emma, 27

A nurse from Western Australia, Emma is travelling across the country for a shot at love. She wants “the soul mate, the homestead and the country”, and is sick of dating apps. She doesn’t mess around, and she thinks Tom could be the father of her kids.
Emmie-Rose, 29

Emmie-Rose is a fitness coach, who is driven and independent. With her career ducks in a row, she’s now looking to add a family and kids to the mix. Fun fact: she’s done competitive bikini modelling.
Georgie, 28

Georgie has the cosmos on her side, with a psychic once telling her mum she’d meet her partner at 28, and that he’d be a farmer! A nurse from Victoria, she loves Taylor Swift (just like Tom!) and has a great sense of humour.

Holly, 22

Holly is new to love, and hopes to knock it out of the park on FWAW. She’s a teacher, so will have no problem keeping Corey (a definite ‘class clown’) in line. She also plays guitar and loves cooking.
Imogen, 21

A real estate agent from Adelaide, 21-year-old Imogen could be in for a shock in Stanthorpe. However, this smart and adventurous South Australian isn’t entirely a stranger to rural life, having lived for a year in a town of 2000 people.
Lucy, 23

Lucy is a jillaroo with her priorities in order, telling Channel 7, “life is incredibly short, and I have realised that happiness is only real when shared with someone you deeply love, understand and admire.” Pretty wise words! Lucy feels connected to nature, and loves a creative man.
Maneesha, 25

She may be 25, but Maneesha is already running her own jewellery business from her small hometown in NSW. Small town life means she needs to spread her wings to find somebody to love. She loves to sing, which could be a nice companion for music-loving Corey.
