Just when we thought The Bachelorette drama was done and dusted and all the tea on Elly and Frazer had been spilt, along comes Bachelorette alum Niranga Amarasinge to pour a little more on the floor.
In short? The ex-Bachelor In Paradise contestant sat down for an interview on reality TV gossip podcast So Dramatic! with host Megan Pustetto, during which time he weighed in on the supposed drama that’s followed Elly and Frazer’s relationship since the finale aired in early November.
Appearing on an episode following one that featured fellow ex-contestant and roommate (let that sink in) Jamie Doran, Niranga dropped his take on the rumours that Frazer hooked up with several girls after filming finished, after a number of women who claimed to have slept with Frazer spoke up about it.
“I keep hearing stuff daily and weekly about what Frazer has been getting up to,” he said.
“There’s at least three girls that have hooked up with him after filming had stopped.”
He doesn’t, however, think Frazer cheated, and speculated that Elly and Frazer are no longer together but may be keeping up a front.
“My assumption is that they are not together anymore, and they are just doing it for the media,” he said.
Going a step further, Niranga claimed he met one of Frazer’s alleged hook-ups while out and had spied the evidence of their time together with his own eyes.
“I’ve seen text messages, I’ve seen pictures of them hanging out,” he said.
And if that wasn’t enough, Niranga also seemingly confirmed the speculation that Timm coached Frazer on how to make it to the final two on The Bachelorette.
“I reckon Timm definitely gave Frazer some tips on how to get to the end,” he said.
Making things even more interesting, Niranga spoke about Timm’s own Bachelorette journey on Angie Kent’s season, which Niranga also partook in, saying that Timm was never particularly interested in Angie and would constantly talk about his ex-girlfriend in the house.
“He wanted to get out, he didn’t want to win. He was very open about that. That was how he told Frazer to get to the end and not win,” Niranga told Pustetto.
“You know Angie is so different to Timm, you know? Timm’s a different character to Angie. Angie sort of fell for him, and Timm went along for the ride.”
