Bachelor In Paradise’s first season in 2018 didn’t exactly leave the audience with successful love stories. In fact, only one relationship remains (albeit they were on-and-off since leaving the series), with the rest of the couple’s splitting just weeks after the finale aired.
So with the new season start, we’re hoping for some of the greatest love stories of our time. And while we wait for them to play out on screen, we’ve predicted some – because who knows, anything can happen in Paradise.

Alex Nation & Bill Goldsmith
This isn’t so much a rumour as a fact, seeing as paparazzi photos of the couple leaked following the series finishing filming. We’re betting these two leave the series together.
Alex Nation & Brooke Blurton
In the series trailer released by Channel 10 earlier this year, Alex and Brooke appear to embrace on a hammock and many fans think its in the lead-up to a kiss. We’ll have to wait and see on this one!
Shannon Baff & Connor J. Obrochta
Shannon has been snapped snorkelling and flirting with American intruder Connor, and that pretty much spells out true love.
Shannon Baff & James Trethewie
James, who was on Sophie Monk’s season of The Bachelorette, has already made it clear he’s very into Shannon, telling The Daily Telegraph: “I thought Shannon was pretty cute. She was the main person I was hoping would be in there.”
Richie Strahan & Cassandra Wood
Just one of Richie’s many love interest this season (or so rumour has it). We know from his season as The Bachelor that Richie has a thing for blondes, so we’re hoping this is a love story for the ages.
Richie Strahan & Cat Hennesey
Cat makes it clear from the beginning that she’s interested in Richie, and from what we learnt on Nick Cummins’ season of The Bachelor, Cat doesn’t give up without a fight.
Richie Strahan & Rachael Gouvignon
Promos for BIP indicate that Rachael is set to be involved in a complex love square with Richie and two others. We can’t wait to see how this one plays out.
Vanessa Sunshine & Nathan Favro
Nathan can be seen giving Vanessa Sunshine a massage in the latest promo for the series, so here’s hoping the pair can make something of it.
