In case you missed it, Ali Oejten will be the next Bachelorette! The exciting announcement was confirmed in the last moments of Monday night’s Bachelor In Paradise finale. While fans followed Ali’s journey in paradise, the 32-year-old first won hearts when she appeared on the first season of The Bachelor, competing for Tim Robards final rose alongside his now fiancée Anna Heinrich.
Anna was among one of the first to send her best wishing on Instagram, showing fans there’s no competition between the pair. “Congratulations xx,” Heirnich commented on Ali’s photo.
Anna wasn’t the only Bachie alum to congratulate the new Bachelorette! Keira Maguire wrote, “Congrats babes I told you something good would come out of this experience 😉 “
Michael Turnbull said, “Good luck Ali ❤️ hope you find someone incredible.”

Oetjan will be the third Bachelorette following in the footsteps of Sophie Monk and Georgia Love. Taking to Instagram, Ali shared the news with a heartfelt message to fans about her quest for love:
“I’m 32, I’m ready to be married & have kids but I’m willing to wait until I find the right one. I’m so excited to have the chance to make meaning of my heart breaks & pick wisely to find an everlasting love.”
The new season is expected to air at the end of 2018 on Network Ten.
