20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Crème de Mure
6 stems of tarragon
Method
Muddle tarragon and sugar syrup in a large rock glass.
Add lemon juice, Bombay Sapphire and fill glass halfway with crushed ice.

Stir through, top up with more crushed ice, then slowly crown Crème de mure.
Garnish with a tarragon stem.
3. Liquorice After Dark (serves 1)
Ingredients
45ml Bombay Sapphire
15ml Crème De Cacao (White)
20ml Martini Rosso

Teaspoon Fernet Branca
30ml cream (single)
12 coffee beans
Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add cubed ice and shake vigorously to fine strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass
