Rae Ella, the concerned pet owner, explained Poppa just wanted to play with the kids in his neighbourhood, and as we know it’s not a possibility at the moment due to coronavirus restrictions. Big Poppa’s pain was felt all over the world, and people are trying to lift his spirits.
“All I want to do is play with the kids in my building but due to covid-19,” the viral photo read. “I can’t. I just watch them from the patio. Flatten The Curve please.”
“Big Poppa has been so sad today,” Elle wrote on Twitter. “I think he misses playing with the kids in the building. He just watches them from the patio.”
“I’ve been trying, but he loves children more than anything,” she added.” And not being able to play with them daily, but he can see them, I think it’s taking a toll on him.”
