It sounds almost too good to be true, and this latest special buy wine has people in a stir. Whether you are inclined towards a red or a white, they have you covered, with both a Shiraz Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc on offer, and if youโ€™ve had your eye on Aldi deals for long enough, you may even be able to store them in your wine fridge.

With six bottles in a case, they work out to just over $2 a pop. At such an incredulous price, many speculated as to whether or not the wine is actually palatable, but a quick search of popular wine ranking site Vivino shows a 2.9 average star rating, not exactly top shelf, but as one Vivino user puts it โ€œnot a bad drop for the priceโ€.

Store them in your wine fridge.
