While the rest of us were distracted by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s adorable engagement announcement, The Weeknd quietly erased any evidence of his 10-month relationship with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez from Instagram.
The singer unfollowed his ex before deleting all four photos of her on his account.
Selena, 25, was the first to hit unfollow roughly 10 days ago, not long after the “Starboy” singer, 27, was pictured leaving ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid’s apartment after spending “several hours there”. Her photos with The Weeknd remain up on her account – for now at least.
The pair split in October after their relationship “just fizzled and ended amicably”, a source told US Weekly at the time. By early November, Selena had officially reunited with her on-again off-again first love Justin Bieber, 23, and The Weekend was seen holding hands with Bieber’s ex, model Yovanna Venture, at French Montana’s Beverly Hills birthday bash.
