Gunsberg, who has been co-hosting Brisbane’s HIT105 radio show alongside Stav Davidson, Abby Coleman and Matt Acton, shared the sad news in a song written by himself.

“I’m leaving Brisbane, I got too busy making TV,” the 43-year-old sang.

“I tried to make it, my schedule couldn’t take it, plus they offered me some more money.”

Gunsberg, who has hosted the radio show since 2015, will be busy filming for the Bachelor franchise, including the recently announced Bachelor in Paradise.

Not only is he leaving for work duties, but the beloved host has left his radio gig to spend more time with his family.

“It’s been the most wonderful two years of my life, but now we’ve got a new Bachelor show — Bachelor in Paradise — and between Bachelor and Bachelorette, I’m really not able to see these two wonderful women in my life [wife Audrey and stepdaughter Gigi],” he added, news.com.au reports.

“It’s been a very difficult decision to make, to step back.”
