When Cassandra Wood pulled out her diary at The Bachelor cocktail party, things were always going to be awkward.
The student and former Miss World finalist previously told Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins she had written his name in her diary, which was bad enough, but somehow producers convinced her to read what she’d written during last night’s episode.
Sitting on a couch, Cass told Nick to look away as she read that upon meeting him (the pair met prior to the show), it made her believe in love at first sight. “From the moment I first saw you, there was this precious moment in time when it felt everything stood still and we locked eyes through the crowd, I didn’t know who you were but all I knew was, I wanted to get to know you”, she said.
“Fast forward to a few months later where I properly got to meet you. There was a moment of realisation for me when I realised that love at first sight could be true,” Cass continued.

But when the cameras zoomed in on the scene, fans of the show noticed a major editing error: the pages of Cass’ diary appeared to be completely blank.
Fans quickly pointed out the mistake, writing on Twitter, “Tonight Cass read from her diary, which was apparently written in invisible ink.”
“Let’s be honest, Cass didn’t write a thing down in that diary,” another person commented.
As for the Honey Badger? He was left feeling a little like this:
