Aussie actor Simon Baker and his wife Rebecca Rig have listed their North Bondi penthouse apartment for $3.5 million.

The Mentalist star purchased the 250 square metre art deco apartment on the Ben Buckler headland in 2014 for $2.63 million.

The couple are keen to sell after recently picking up a house in nearby Bronte for a cool $6.5 million.

The three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has it’s own rooftop terrace with views across the iconic Bondi beach.
