Now, the actress has given further details of her ordeal at the hands of the director, saying she believes he should go to jail.

“I had literally been afraid for 17 years of James Toback,” Blair told The Talk last night, adding that he, “threatened to murder me and put cement on [me] and gouge my eyes out with a Bic pen if I ever told anybody.”
Blair’s horrific experience occurred in 1999, when Toback forced himself upon her in a hotel room. “He started to rub his penis through his pants and asked, ‘would you f*ck me?’” she told Vanity Fair in October 2017. “I went to leave and he got up and blocked the door. He said, ‘You have to do this for me. You cannot leave until I have release.’”
After he ejaculated on her leg, Toback allegedly threatened Blair, saying, “’There is a girl who went against me. She was going to talk about something I did. I am going to tell you, and this is a promise, if she ever tells anybody, no matter how much time she thinks went by, I have people who will pull up in a car, kidnap her, and throw her in the Hudson River with cement blocks on her feet. You understand what I’m talking about, right?’”
Toback is currently being investigated by the LAPD. “I do think James Toback belongs in jail,” Blair told The Talk. “It is a lot of he-said she-said, but people have come to me personally that he’s done much worse to, and yes, I do believe he deserves to be in jail.”
