SAS Australia returns to our screens this October. The gruelling reality program sees 14 recruits undertake a series of extremely tough physical and psychological challenges.
While every season of SAS Australia is tough, this one will be the first that takes the recruits out of the country. This season, the 14 recruits will complete their challenges in the hot, harsh conditions of the Middle East.
Before the show arrives on the screen, let’s take you through everything you need to know about the upcoming season.

These test everything from physical endurance to psychological resilience. The recruits are also required to eat, sleep and train together with no exceptions made for gender, age or celebrity status.
