Sam Frost has spoken out for the first time after her break-up with Bachelorette winner, Sasha Mielczarek last month.
The pair have kept out of the public eye following the split. Sam shared her heartache over the Christmas break posting the picture below with this emotional caption – “Christmas isn’t always sunshine and rainbows for everyone.”
Sam took to Instagram a few days later with a more positive attitude to share her New Year’s resolution for 2017 with her 455,000 followers.
The Australian radio host captioned the picture “now let’s all put our hands in the middle & make a virtual pact, to not be so hard on ourselves when we inevitably screw up 2017 in the first few days.”
