Last week, Roxy Jacenko welcomed home her husband, Oliver Curtis, who had been jailed for a year for insider trading.
The PR guru and her two children met Oliver in a private jet, to keep up the lie that their father had spent the past year in China on business.
Though Roxy has continued posting to her Instagram account in the days since her husband’s release, she hasn’t mentioned anything on social media about his return.
Yesterday, she finally broke her silence when a photographer asked whether it was good to have Oliver home.
“Yes the children are very happy,” Roxy replied, as reported by The Daily Mail.
“Are you happy?” they asked in response, to which she replied: “Yes, of course.”
Oliver was jailed in 2016 for his role in an insider-trading conspiracy in which he and former school friend John Hartman netted around $1.4 million. The duo spent their earnings on luxury items, such as cars, motorbikes, ski and casino trips.
