Congratulations to Rachel McAdams and her boyfriend Jamie Linden, who have welcomed their first child together.

The happy news has been confirmed by multiple sources after this photo showed the couple carrying their newborn son, Just Jared reports.

News of The Notebook star’s pregnancy first made headlines in February. The 39-year-old actress has been romantically linked to Dear John screenwriter Linden, 37, since April 2016, but the pair have kept a vigilantly low profile, with zero joint red carpet appearances to date.

Speaking about motherhood in 2010, McAdams told InStyle, “Part of me is very attached to the idea of having children.”
