Pippa Middleton’s wedding to James Matthews over the weekend was without a doubt the bridal event of the year.

From a mini royal bridesmaid and pageboy, to an appearance from Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle, the nuptials have been flooding social media since the Saturday afternoon ceremony.

Pippa’s sister, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, was on hand to fix the bride’s veil and keep the younger children in check, and after taking a look back at photos from Kate and Prince William’s 2011 ceremony, it’s hard to go past how similar the two weddings were.
