Pink Gets Candid In New Documentary, Sharing The Struggles Of Balancing Motherhood And Music

The singer is going "balls to the wall" in her latest project.

Since bursting onto the music scene in the early aughts, Pink has long been one of the most outspoken and raw celebrities around, not afraid to give fans (and the world) an inside look at her life, with the entertainer often getting candid on everything from the difficulties and blessings of motherhood, to her most recent battle with COVID-19.

Announcing she’s bringing that openness to the screen, the 41-year-old singer will be taking fans behind-the-scenes of her Beautiful Trauma tour in the new Amazon Studios documentary, P!NK: All I Know So Far.

“The feature-length documentary follows award-winning musician P!NK as she embarks on her record-breaking 2019 Beautiful Trauma world tour and welcomes audiences to join her chosen family while trying to balance being a mum, a wife, a boss, and a performer,” reads its official synopsis. “Mixing footage from the road, behind-the-scenes interviews, and personal material, Australian director Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) gives audiences a glimpse behind the curtain of the circus that she calls life.”

“There’s no way a mother can walk away from her babies and not think about them every single second,” Pink says in a sneak peek of the documentary “A lot of mums stop touring because you can’t imagine being able to do both.”

“We go all over the world and we’re surrounded by people that are incredibly passionate about what they do. That’s more of an education than I got,” she adds, while clips of her two children, Willow Sage and Jameson Moon, and husband, Carey Hart are shown.

The upcoming project shares the name of Pink’s latest single, ‘All I Know So Far,’, with the music video released on May 7, 2021, which features her family as well as other famous faces like Cher and Judith Light.

Set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 21, the documentary will come just days prior to the singer accepting the ICON Award at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, where she’ll also take to the stage to perform.
