She calls him 'quite sexy' and defends him against sexual assault allegations.

They are the most unlikely pair, but Pamela Anderson has been very vocal in her support of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange of late.

While recently she spoke to Going Underground about her work creating awareness for climate change and what Julian Assange was like, she wrote an even more candid piece about Julian Assange on her blog in a post titled ‘My Julian’.

She starts off the piece by doting on his qualities.

“Julian Assange is the most intelligent, interesting, and informed man in existence,” she writes.

Yes- I think he’s quite sexy.”

She then launches into Julian Assange’s sexual assault allegations, which she believes to be false.

“Any time anyone maliciously, or frivolously mentions ‘rape’ next to his name – they need to understand it is defamation.” she writes.

“We are all innocent until proven guilty.
And- There is no rape – it is a case of condom or not.”

The cases Anderson refers to are of two women in Stockholm that had consensual sex in separate instances with Assange, and claim that it became non-consensual when he refused to wear a condom.

The allegations of one of the women do not fall under the statute of limitations as it was too long ago, however the allegations of the other woman do not expire until 2020. Julian Assange has denied all allegations.

Anderson continues about the importance of Wikileaks: “I am forever grateful to all whistle-blowers. (Who risk everything for us.) The world is a safer place because of you.”

She ends the poem/blog post by saying “I will always stand by My Julian …”
