What’s the occasion? Aside from our undeniable appeal, Meghan and Harry will be visiting Sydney for the 2018 Invictus Games, which the Prince launched in 2014 for wounded servicemen and women of the Commonwealth.

The royal couple let the news of their tour down under slip while attending the UK Invictus team trials at Bath University over the weekend.

“She was saying she went to Toronto last year but only got to see some of the swimming, but this year she’s hoping to be there for the whole thing,” Kerys Knight, a former driver in the Women’s Royal Army Corp who suffered nerve damage to her leg during an accident, told The Australian.

RAF Sergeant Peter Lauder also reported news of their visit, saying, “We were chatting about Canada, she really enjoyed it and she said she’s going to be in Australia.”

Prince Harry and Meghan made their first public appearance together at the the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto.
