She’s on a winning streak in the wake of I, Tonya (literally – she’s scooped up Oscars, BAFTA and SAG nominations already), and now speculation is rife as to Margot Robbie‘s next role.
But could it be Bond girl? With rumours mounting as to Daniel Craig’s replacement in the iconic 007 role, odds have been slashed on the leading lady for the next installment of the film franchise.
Ladbroke’s have Robbie’s odds at 5/1, Harper’s Bazaar UK reports, topped only by newlywed Emily Ratajkowski at 4/1.
Also considered in the running are Game of Thrones‘ Emilia Clarke, Emma Watson and Gal Gadot.
Talk first emerged of Robbie as a Bond girl back in July 2016, when her odds were 12/1, news.com.au reports.
If she does take the role, Robbie would join previous Bond girls Monica Belluci, Eva Green, Halle Berry, Rosamund Pike, Teri Hatcher and Denise Richards.
