While we’re still obsessing over the epic Friends reunion, which saw all six of the ’90s sitcom’s original cast come together to reminisce, it looks like some of our onscreen favourites couldn’t help but keep the nostalgia going.
Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow—aka Rachel Green, Monica Geller and Phoebe Buffay—all hung out for the Fourth of July holiday in the U.S.
Taking to Instagram, Cox shared a sweet snap of the trio celebrating the occasion, captioning: “Happy 4th! xoxo.”
The former Friends cast weren’t the only famous faces in attendance, with Big Little Lies star Laura Dern also posing for a photo alongside Cox.
Prior to the reunion, Kudrow got sentimental about how the cast have always remained close friends.
“I feel like we can pick up right where we left off, and no time’s passed,” the actress told People. “We’re connected no matter what.”
“I was flooded with 10 years of irreplaceable memories,” Cox added at the time.
During the reunion, Cox also reflected on the cast’s chemistry together, which she credits to helping the series’ success.
“It was an incredible time. Everything came together. We became best friends through just the chemistry, the whole thing,” she said. “It was life-changing and it forever will be—not just for us, but for people who watch it, and that’s such a great feeling to carry forever. I’m really thankful, and I love you guys so much.”
If you missed the reunion, you can still catch it on BINGE.
