While other celebrities spent their 4^th of July weekend poolside or with patriotic brunches, Lindsay Lohan chose a different way to celebrate.

The Mean Girls star jumped on to Twitter to defend US President Donald Trump against haters online, calling for people to stop “#bullying him”.

“THIS IS our president. Stop #bullying him & start trusting him. Thank you personally for supporting #THEUSA,” Lohan wrote in response to a Tweet about Trump’s CNN scandal.
