Singer Lily Allen claimed she has been sexually assaulted by “white males” during a Twitter stoush with a UK white nationalist.
Allen and Former English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson began by exchanging barbs over the identity of the terrorist who killed 39 people in a Turkish nightclub this week, with Allen objecting to his being labelled a “migrant” in a newspaper headline when there was no evidence.

Robinson shot back, calling the singer a “f***ing idiot” and accusing Allen her of “virtue signalling”.
Robinson then went on to detail ways he believes Islamic males were responsible for sexual assaults, which prompted Allen to retort “I’ve only ever been sexually assaulted by white makes so I feel slightly biased.”

Allen later added, “People need to realise the reality of how white males and their attitudes towards our laws continue to threaten our values and communities.”

Twitter was quick to both defend and attack Allen, with many applauding her for her bravery in speaking out about sexual assault:
Thank you @lilyallen. They don't care for the victims. Racists only hijack sexual violence to push racism. While women keep on suffering
