Victoria’s Secret Angel Lily Aldridge just announced she’s pregnant with her second child to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill.

The model took to Instagram this morning sharing a photo of her tummy on beach with the caption, “🤗🤗🤗 SURPRISE🤗🤗🤗”

The 32-year-old already has a 6-year-old daughter Dixie with her musician beau, who she wed in 2011.
