We’ve heard reactions from various Suits stars and even the Obamas, but now – finally! – Kate Middleton has personally addressed the royal engagement between her brother-in-law Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle.

The Duchess of Cambridge said she and Prince William are “absolutely thrilled”, adding, “It’s such exciting news. It’s a really happy time for any couple and we wish them all the best.”
“We hope they enjoy this happy moment.”
The Duchess spoke during a visit to London’s Foundling Museum, which explains the history of the Foundling Hospital, the UK’s first children’s charity and first public art gallery.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared formal congratulations just minutes after the engagement was officially announced.
“We are very excited for Harry and Meghan,” Prince William and Kate Middleton said in a statement.
“It has been wonderful getting to know Meghan and to see how happy she and Harry are together.”
In yet another statement from Kensington Palace overnight, it was revealed that Harry and Meghan will wed at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle in May 2018.
