Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s quicky engagement was something no one saw coming. In fact, it was so surprising that many started speculating about whether there was more to the proposal – and 500k ring – than simply two kids in love.
One such rumour, fueled by Bieber’s open love letter confirming the engagement, was that Baldwin is, in fact, pregnant with the couple’s first child.
Of course, the gossip is completely baseless, something Bieber proved when questioned by a photographer in Los Angeles over the weekend.
The 24-year-old singer was leaving a Beverly Hills when a paparazzi said, “Is Hailey pregnant right now? You stated that you guys are family, so everybody was thinking she might be pregnant.”
Bieber naturally ignored the question and answered with: “What’s your deal, bro? You just seem too, like, you just seem too normal to be doing this job … I just don’t understand why you gotta try to get a rise, you know what I’m saying?”
Though Bieber and Baldwin only started dating again in early June, they first dated in 2015 and have known each other for nine years.
Don’t the paps know the saying, ‘when you know, you know?’
