Three weeks after Justin and Hailey Bieber had their second wedding in South Carolina on September 30, 2019, we’re still being spoilt with sneak peeks into their beautiful day.
Their celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss shared a photo from inside the couple’s wedding reception at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, which featured long white tables adorned with lots of candles and white flowers. Above the tables was an elaborate canopy of hanging flowers and foliage.
“So blessed to have become friends with these two soulmates. We had a lot of fun planning the wedding together. @haileybieber @justinbieber 📷 @josevilla,” said Weiss.
The flowers were by Los Angeles-based Mark’s Garden; the drop lights throughout the canopy were made by Technical Event Company; and the space was styled by Edgar Zamora and his event and interior design company, Revelry Event Designers.
According to People, Grammy award-winner Daniel Caesar performed at the reception in front of their 154 guests.
Vogue has also revealed a behind-the-scenes look inside Hailey’s final wedding dress fitting. Her custom wedding dress was by Off-White designer, Virgil Abloh. “I’ve done a number of red carpet dresses for special moments before, but this would be the first for a wedding, especially for a close friend,” said Abloh. “For her, I wanted something fun and youthful…but still traditional.” The Off-White team started designing the dress one year prior, and it took 10 people to make the dress and 10 people to make the veil.
“I didn’t want someone that was a wedding dress designer. I just feel like my style and my street style is such a part of who I am,” said Hailey.
In addition to Off-White’s signature arrows featured throughout the gown among the delicate flower embroidery, Hailey also had the words ‘Wedding Dress’ in Off-White’s classic quotation, along with ‘Til death do us part’ on the veil’s train.
