How Jennifer Aniston And Brad Pitt Reacted To Fans’ Obsession Over Their Onscreen Reunion

Can you blame us?

Unless you were in the midst of a social media blackout for the last few days, there’s a good chance you stumbled upon Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s onscreen reunion (just casually).

Arguably the greatest reunion since, well, Pitt and Aniston at the 2020 SAG Awards, the pair came together to take part in Sean Penn’s charity event, appearing alongside Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Shia LaBouef and the unparalleled Morgan Freeman, to do a virtual table read for the ’80s film Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Morgan Freeman set the steamy (and slightly awkward) fantasy scene for the former couple with his inimitable narration, saying:

“Her breasts seem even bigger than usual, her nipples are hard…her lips are parted, slightly, her eyes are filled with desire.”

Aniston, who read for Linda Barrett (played in the film by Phoebe Cates), then said to Pitt, whose character was also named Brad:

“Hi Brad, you know how cute I always thought you were. I think you’re so sexy. Will you come to me?”

Naturally, the iconic reunion coupled with the naughtiness of the scene sent Twitter into meltdown.

Evidently, Pitt and Aniston had as much fun filming the scene as we did watching, and even had some thoughts about the world’s fevered reaction to their reunion.

Per Us Weekly, a source revealed the former spouses “had a really good time”, and that they “think it’s actually hysterical that fans are so obsessed with them getting back together.”

They did, however, also confirm there was “nothing romantic going on”.

“Jen is having the time of her life right now. She’s satisfied with her work and personal life,” they added.

Similarly, Pitt is rumoured to be dating 27-year-old German model Nicole Poturalski.
