The special edition t-shirts are a nod to Gwyneth’s new goop Lab Netflix series, which launched in January. Each of the six white t-shirts relate to a different episode of the show, with phrases like ‘Cold shower?’, Intuit.’ and ‘Can’t drain me of this energy’ written in black on the front. The ‘vulva’ tee is a reference to the episode ‘The Pleasure Is Ours’ which addresses the taboo topic of sex and pleasure.
Even if you don’t consider yourself the ‘vulva’ t-shirt-wearing kind, you might change your tune when you realise that 100% of the profits from sales of these tees will be donated to the Australia Wildfire Fund.
The tees retail for USD$55, which is about $82 Aussie dollars. Yes, it’s steep for a white tee, but Gwyneth promises it will be a versatile piece in your wardrobe.
“The goop Lab is here, and so is the special-edition merch we designed to celebrate it,” a goop Instagram post reads. “Each tee corresponds to a different episode, but they all have this in common: a not-too-tight, not-too-loose fit that tucks like a dream into denim, skirts, sweats, whatever. Our favorite part? The soft cotton-modal fabric ideal for—you guessed it—a good Netflix binge.”
