But Windsor devotees will be pleased to learn that the duo will be returning to the spotlight sooner than expected with a trip to the UK on the agenda.

According to The Sunday Times, Harry and Meghan have been asked to attend the Commonwealth service at Westminster Abbey on March 9 at the request of the Queen.

The upcoming ceremony is sure to see the Sussexes reunite with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as President and Vice-President of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.

The famous event will form as part of their final round of engagements, as the couple slowly adapt to life outside of the Kensington Palace gates.

Per the British newspaper, the royal parents recently attended an event in Miami hosted by JP Morgan where Prince Harry spoke about the grief he endured after losing his mother, Princess Diana, at just 12-years-old.

It’s widely speculated that the appearance as keynote speakers could have earned the couple in the region of $1 million (USD).

The couple famously attended the Commonwealth day service last year, which always falls on the second Sunday of March, just two months before welcoming their first child, Archie.

Buckingham Palace has yet to confirm Her Majesty’s request for Harry and Meghan to join in on the Windsor family event.
