Jenny Slate and Chris Evans have confirmed they are back together, following on from the many other rekindled romances including Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, Alexa Chung and Alex Turner, and Bella Hadid and The Weeknd (there’s still a question mark on that one, though).
People Magazine have confirmed that Slate and Evans are back together, and report that an eye-witness spotted them on an apartment hunt in New York this week. The publication added that the duo looked happy and “very much back together.” Are you swooning with joy? Because you should be.
The confirmation follows on from a series of cryptic social media posts that fans eagerly stalked for clues. For example, Evans shared this video of his dog, and fans were quick to notice Slate’s iconic cackle in the background:
Meanwhile, Slate tweeted about loving her “boyfriend” just three days after the above video was posted.
“My boyfriend does many dreamy & generous things but number 1 in my mind right now is how he celebrates my new turtlenecks/let’s me show him my online shopping spoils & cheers me on” she wrote.

But, seriously, we’re so happy to hear the gorgeous couple have reunited – though we only wish we could say the same for the couple who originally introduced them, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt.
