Actress and fashion muse ChloĆ« Sevigny is officially a new mum! A rep for the star confirmed with Page Six that Sevigny and her partner, art gallerist SiniÅ”a MaÄkoviÄ have welcomed their baby, sharing that āall are happy and healthy,ā but refusing to comment on the name or sex of the newborn.
Last Tuesday, Sevigny was spotted walking around New York City, baby bump in tow ā the actress also taking to Instagram to share that she was ādue any second.ā Just this morning, The Daily Mail released images of the couple out and about, with Sevigny cradling a very snuggly newborn.
News of her pregnancy first broke in January, Sevigny confirming reports that she was expecting in truly fashionable style ā releasing a series of artistic, black-and-white, baby belly-baring portraits shot by director Jim Jarmusch soon after.
Speaking to The Cut, the actress shared how her life has changed as she becomes a mother during one of the worldās most unprecedented health crisis.
āBeing pregnant, everything feels slightly heightened, but we did what most people did ā we went out and got a modest amount of groceries and have taken it week by week since. Iāve been having a lot of swelling, so Iām trying to eat a cucumber a day,ā shared Sevigny.
āI think Iām maybe in a little bit more of a fight-or-flight mode. I canāt fall into feeling sorry for myself. It will harm me and my baby; stress is one of the worst things. Iām also just very practical.ā
