Bachelor’s Romy Explains What Really Happened In The Honey Badger’s Swag

What we didn't see on TV

She’s The Bachelor contestant who’s not afraid to cause a stir and go after what she wants, as Romy Poulier proved on last week’s episode when she snuck into the Bachelor Nick Cummins’ tent during a group camping date.

The group date was high-stakes with one of the Bachelorettes to be sent home, so Romy saw it as the perfect opportunity to make her move and get a little extra one-on-one time in the hopes of securing herself a rose.

The pair were then heard giggling in their tent, which was conveniently just metres away from love-struck contestant Cassie, who was less than impressed with their after-dark dalliance.

Despite telling the camera what she had planned on the show, Romy has since revealed it was actually the Bachie’s idea in an interview with TV Week.

“It was time for bed and Nick motioned for me to come into his swag,” she said. “He wanted a snuggle. It was really harmless, we just had a cuddle and a giggle and looked at the stars. It was really cute. He gave me a kiss goodnight as I was leaving, but it wasn’t a full-on pash or anything.”

The photo shoot director from Queensland also spoke about being labelled this season’s “villain”.

“I’ll speak out if something annoys me,” she said. “If that makes me the villain, then fine, I’m the villain. I’m not nasty, just honest, and people in the house and watching at home can take that however they like. I’m OK with that.”
